What’s new this year at the Zodiac Aerospace Airline Symposium?

We will be featuring our latest generation of products from the ECOS™ Cabin to a new line of inserts as well as introducing two new activities:

  • Two guided Facility Tours displaying the interworking of our design to manufacturing process for both IFE and Water and Waste Systems

What does it cost to attend the Airline Symposium?

Registration is free and we offer 2 complimentary nights (23 & 24 January 2017) at Hotel Irvine exclusively for the airline and leasing representatives.

How many people do you recommend attend from my company?

1-10 employees, however there is no limitation on the number of attendees from each company.

Do I need to attend both days?

We recommended participating in both days to experience the full breadth of new Products, Sessions and What’s New at our 6th Annual Airline Symposium.

What is the dress attire for the event?

Business Casual, with the exception of the facility tour to Zodiac Water and Waste Systems. We require all attendees to wear flat covered shoes due to safety requirements. NO heels will be allowed onto the test rig and it is recommended to not wear skirts or dresses during the tour.


Do I need to register for the event?

Yes, every attendee must register for the event. For support, please feel free to email us at or contact your Zodiac Aerospace representative.

Do I need to sign up for lectures and exhibits in advance?

Yes, this will allow us to create a personalized schedule for your visit. Lecture seating is limited.

When and where do I get my event badge?

There will be two opportunities to pick up your badge

  • Monday (23 Jan) night at the Welcome Reception
  • Tuesday (24 Jan) at the Symposium

We will provide free shuttle services throughout the day between the hotel and the venue.

Will meals be provided during the Airline Symposium?

Yes, meals will be provided at the following events:

  • Welcome Reception – cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres
  • Hotel Irvine – continental breakfast both days from 7am – 8am
  • Airline Symposium – lunch and snacks on both days
  • VIP Reception & Dinner – cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres and formal dinner
If I have special dietary needs, how will this be managed?

Where can I find hotel and travel information?

If you need hotel accommodations, please select “yes” during registration. Once you complete registration you will receive a confirmation number and a link to the Airline Symposium preferred hotel website.

How much is the hotel nightly room rate?

Zodiac Aerospace’s group rate is 179.00 USD/night.

Are the hotel rooms complimentary?

Yes, Zodiac Aerospace is offering 2 complimentary nights (23 & 24 January) at Hotel Irvine for the airline or leasing representatives.

Will my credit card be charged when making my hotel reservations?

No, the credit card that you use to make the reservation is only to guarantee your reservation. It will only be charged for incurred incidentals or additional nights beyond the 2 complimentary nights provided by Zodiac Aerospace.

At check-in, you will be asked for a method of payment and any charges for incidentals will be processed at check out.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

You can modify or cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to check-in.

Will ground transportation be available from the airport?

Yes, we will provide our airline or leasing representatives complimentary transportation from LAX, SNA and LBG to and from Hotel Irvine. Please indicate your need for transportation when you register for the event and we will arrange it for you.

What is the transportation cancellation policy?

You can cancel your airport shuttle up to 4 hours prior to pick-up.
