Based on extensive in-service feedback and experience, our ECOS® lavatory family continues to develop, rising to the perpetual challenge of cabin optimization and customer experience. But have we gone too far? At what point is “big enough” too small? Which aspects of the aircraft lavatory truly improve the passenger experience and our ability to keep them clean and operational and which are surplus, added because of continually escalating competition, or simply retained because of long-outdated legacy requirements?
Through a series of mock-up demonstrators and discussions, we will investigate a number of provocative lavatory topics which examine the extremes of the on-board “restroom” experience and allow us to explore new avenues of the customer and airline value proposition together.
